How we think about the work
Fewer engagements, deeper impact
We don't try to be everything to every client. We do four things, we do them at a senior level, and we turn down work that doesn't fit.
Many firms grow by adding practices and selling more hours. We've grown by staying disciplined about four disciplines that genuinely reinforce each other — a strategy that respects the operating economics, an operations program that funds the strategy, a transformation with a business case behind it, and a deal that captures the value it promised. When these come from one team, they don't just coexist. They compound.
The way we price reflects the way we work. There are no open-ended hourly meters and no surprise change orders. Once we understand the problem, you get a written proposal with a fixed scope, a named partner, and a fixed fee. Where the mandate suits it, we'll put a meaningful share of that fee at risk against the results we agree up front. The figures below are starting points, not quotes — the real number comes once we've scoped the work together.
